Gazeteler (iPhone ve iPad) – Gizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, Barış Efe tarafından geliştirilen Gazeteler uygulamasının App Store'daki iPhone ve iPad sürümü ile ana ekran widget'ı için geçerlidir. Android sürümünün politikası ayrıdır: Gazeteler (Android) gizlilik politikası.
Özetle
- Uygulamada hesap yoktur. Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi veya telefon numaranızı istemeyiz.
- Favorileriniz, sıralamanız ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
- Uygulama reklam, kullanım istatistiği ve çökme raporu için Google hizmetlerini kullanır. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de istatistik, çökme raporu ve kişiselleştirilmiş reklam yalnızca onayınızla çalışır; onay vermezseniz yalnızca sınırlı reklam gösterilir.
- Sizi diğer şirketlerin uygulama ve sitelerinde izlemek için izin istemeyiz.
- Haberler, gazetelerin kendi sitelerinde açılır; bu sitelerin kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.
Cihazınızda kalan bilgiler
Favori gazeteleriniz, gazete sıralamanız, eklediğiniz gazeteler, okuma sayaçları ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur ve bize gönderilmez. Son Dakika başlıkları ve küçük resimleri, çevrimdışı okuyabilmeniz için cihazda saklanır. Widget'ın uygulamayla aynı sırayı gösterebilmesi için favorileriniz ve sildiğiniz gazeteler, uygulamanın widget'la paylaştığı cihaz içi bir alanda tutulur; bu bilgiler de cihazdan çıkmaz. "Yedekle" ile oluşturduğunuz dosya yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz yere kaydedilir. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde bu bilgiler de silinir.

Google'ın bu bilgileri nasıl işlediği için: Google iş ortağı sitelerinde ve uygulamalarında veri kullanımı, Google reklamları ve Firebase gizlilik ve güvenlik.
Uygulama, sizi diğer şirketlerin uygulama ve sitelerinde izlemek için izin (App Tracking Transparency) istemez. Bu nedenle Apple'ın reklam tanımlayıcısı (IDFA) kullanılmaz.
Gazete siteleri ve Son Dakika başlıkları
Bir gazeteyi veya haberi açtığınızda sayfa doğrudan o gazetenin sitesinden yüklenir (uygulama içi tarayıcıda ya da seçerseniz Safari'de). Bu siteler kendi çerezlerini, reklamlarını ve analiz araçlarını kullanabilir; kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir ve bu siteleri biz kontrol etmeyiz.
Son Dakika başlıkları ve widget, gazetelerin herkese açık RSS kaynaklarından doğrudan cihazınıza indirilir. Herhangi bir web sayfasını ziyaret ederken olduğu gibi, bu sırada IP adresiniz o gazetelerin sunucularına iletilir. Bu indirmeler bizim bir sunucumuzdan geçmez.
Gazete listesinin güncellenmesi
Gazete listesini ve Son Dakika kaynaklarını güncel tutmak için uygulama, günde en fazla bir kez sunucumuzdan (barisefe.com) herkese açık bir liste dosyası indirir. Bu istek sizinle ilgili hiçbir bilgi içermez. Her web sunucusunda olduğu gibi IP adresiniz, tarih ve saat standart erişim kayıtlarında yer alabilir; bu kayıtları yalnızca hizmetin işletilmesi ve güvenliği için kullanırız. Liste güncellemesi favorilerinize, sıralamanıza ve kendi eklediğiniz gazetelere dokunmaz.
Onay ve tercihleriniz
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de uygulama ilk açılışta onayınızı ister. Onay vermezseniz Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics ve Remote Config çalışmaz ve yalnızca sınırlı (kişiselleştirilmemiş) reklam gösterilir. Amaçları tek tek de seçebilirsiniz; uygulama yalnızca izin verdiğiniz amaçlara göre çalışır. Tercihinizi istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Gizlilik seçenekleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz.
Bu bölgelerin dışında (Türkiye dahil) onay penceresi gösterilmez: istatistik ve çökme raporları yukarıdaki tabloda anlatıldığı gibi toplanır ve reklamlar kişiselleştirilmiş olabilir.
Saklama süresi
Firebase Analytics olay verileri en fazla 14 ay saklanır. Reklam ve çökme verilerinin saklanma süreleri Google'ın politikalarıyla belirlenir. Bize e-postayla yazarsanız, e-postanızı yalnızca size yanıt vermek için kullanır ve gerektiği sürece saklarız.
Verilerin yurt dışına aktarılması
Google hizmetleri, bilgileri Türkiye ve Avrupa Birliği dışındaki sunucularda işleyebilir.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek bilgi toplamayız.
Haklarınız
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için bize e-postayla yazabilirsiniz. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na veya bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkınız vardır.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; en güncel hali her zaman bu sayfadadır ve üstteki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir.

Gazeteler (iPhone and iPad) – Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the iPhone and iPad version of the Gazeteler app on the App Store, developed by Barış Efe, and to its home-screen widget. The Android version has its own policy: Gazeteler (Android) privacy policy.
In short
- The app has no accounts. We never ask for your name, e-mail address or phone number.
- Your favorites, ordering and settings are stored only on your device.
- The app uses Google services for ads, usage statistics and crash reports. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, statistics, crash reports and personalized ads run only with your consent; without it, only limited ads are shown.
- We do not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
- Articles open on the newspapers' own websites, whose own privacy policies apply.
Information that stays on your device
Your favorite newspapers, their order, newspapers you added, reading counters and settings are kept only on your device and are not sent to us. Breaking News headlines and their thumbnails are stored on the device so you can read them offline. So that the widget can show the same order as the app, your favorites and the newspapers you deleted are kept in an on-device area the app shares with its widget; they do not leave the device either. A file created with "Backup" is saved only where you choose. Deleting the app deletes this information.

How Google processes this information: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, Google advertising and Firebase privacy and security.
The app does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency), so Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used.
Newspaper websites and Breaking News headlines
When you open a newspaper or an article, the page loads directly from that newspaper's website (in the in-app browser, or in Safari if you choose). These sites may use their own cookies, ads and analytics; their own privacy policies apply and we do not control them.
Breaking News headlines and the widget are downloaded directly to your device from the newspapers' public RSS feeds. As with visiting any web page, your IP address is sent to those newspapers' servers. These downloads do not pass through any server of ours.
Newspaper list updates
To keep the newspaper list and the Breaking News sources current, the app downloads a public list file from our server (barisefe.com) at most once a day. The request carries no information about you. Like any web server, it may record your IP address, the date and the time in standard access logs, which we use only to operate and secure the service. A list update never touches your favorites, your ordering or the newspapers you added yourself.
Consent and your choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app asks for your consent on first launch. Without your consent, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config do not run and only limited (non-personalized) ads are shown. You can also choose purpose by purpose; the app then runs only for the purposes you allow. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options.
Outside these regions (including Türkiye) no consent form is shown: statistics and crash reports are collected as described in the table above, and ads may be personalized.
Retention
Firebase Analytics event data is kept for at most 14 months. Retention of advertising and crash data is set by Google's policies. If you e-mail us, we use your message only to reply and keep it only as long as needed.
International transfers
Google services may process information on servers outside Türkiye and the European Union.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. E-mail us with any request. You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or to the data protection authority of your country.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page and the "Last updated" date above changes.
